The amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process was amazing! Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and they would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Kayla & Michelle do it – and to the fault of everyone else I worked with – they set my expectations really high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them.

Kayla helped us close our home in less than 25 days . We meet on Thanksgiving day over the phone, I told her what I wanted and next day we were in contract. She said Dec 23 we would close and we did! The process was very easy from the application, to the escrow payment, appraisal, inspection and notary closing. She answered all and every question. She answered questions after hours and on weekend. She definitely will be first on my list when we buy again.
